Video Calls
Video calling is now an effortless reality. Simply call from a camera equipped SMT-i5243 phone to a similarly equipped user within your enterprise network and a video call is automatically activated. Video calls can also be made via the OfficeServ Communicator application for PC’s using optional USB cameras. Video and audio conversations can be recorded for later review.

Advanced UC Features
The large display SMT-i5243 handset can provide advanced UC collaboration features such as presence information for key staff members, either via the intuitive display on the handset or seamlessly integrated with the OfficeServ Communicator UC application on your PC.

Phone Book
Users can create or import a personal visual phone book with photos which can be searched and dialled by simply pushing a button. Incoming calls will be matched with phone book contacts if they exist and details displayed on the screen.

Call Log
The call logs feature presents a summary of all incoming, outgoing and missed calls and are accessible to the user. Call logs can be used to return calls and numbers can be added to the user's phone directory.
